Step 1 - Boil 1 liter of water, then take 15 soursop dry leaves (fresh or dried ones both have same value) and 1 small stem, cut into small pieces and put into the boiling water.
Step 2 - Continue to boil the water on small flame for 30 mins,until the water evaporates down to around 500 ml. At this point the soursop tea is ready to drink. Also drink your tea 30 minutes before food as this will make it more effective.
You can keep the leaves in your tea or filter them out it's up to you.
You can drink soursop tea hot or warm or cool and up to 3 times every day, in the morning, afternoon and in the night if you choose.
Note: For better taste you can add 1/2 spoon of lime juice ,2 pudina leafs or add some, organic yacon syrup or honey both are great sugar substitutes. Yacon adds weight loss benefits and extra fiber.
